Working Together

You have booked me to perform your wedding ceremony - what’s next? Here are a few recommendations for you to have the best possible wedding day experience.

Communicate with me: Right from the initial complimentary consultation by zoom, or in person, I am happy to answer any questions you have as you prepare for your wedding day. I am here to guide and support you along the way.

Consult me before making changes: If you decide to change the date, time or location of your ceremony, please contact me first to confirm my availability. Due to other bookings I may not be able to accommodate your change.

Select your ceremony content: Remember to choose your wedding ceremony content at least 4 weeks before your wedding day, and email it to me for us to review during your second complimentary consultation.

Be Creative: I am here to support you to create a unique ceremony that reflects your values, style and personality as a couple. Feel free to ask for my suggestions on how to make your day memorable and magical.

Set up a second meeting: Contact me to set up a second meeting scheduled 3-4 weeks before your wedding by zoom or in person, to review your ceremony content, confirm the details for your ceremony, and provide your balance owing (if needed).

Trust my experience: Over the years I have accumulated much experience and expertise. I know the industry, the other wedding professionals, and how to guide you through the entire process. Ask for help with anything and trust my experience.

Wedding day expectations: I plan to arrive 30-45 minutes before your ceremony. Upon arrival, I will connect with the groom and groomsmen, make sure the license and rings are in place, and speak with the other wedding professionals (musicians, photographer, etc.). I will coordinate the details of the processional and confidently conduct the ceremony. Be assured, you are in good hands.

I am looking forward to working together with you.
