Ruth Hall was excellent from beginning to end. During our initial meetings Ruth was patient, kind and was willing to answer all our questions. On the day of our wedding, she was so kind and encouraging. We are so grateful for you helping to officiate our wedding. You were gentle, caring and very collaborative in bringing our vision together!

When we started looking for an Officiant, we were struggling trying to find someone we felt comfortable with.  Knowing that we are 4 hours away from Niagara Falls, we thought that meeting someone was going to be challenging. Thankfully we found we found Ruth, had a Skype call with her, and she was the nicest person ever! She helped us figure out some things that we hadn’t thought about, and also made sure that all of our questions were answered in regards to the process. The initial Skype call laid all of our worries to rest; we felt very comfortable that we had made the right decision. Our wedding was supposed to be at the end of August but suddenly something came up, and it had to be postponed. We notified Ruth right away and thankfully, she was available and had no issues with changing the dates. The day of our wedding Ruth and her assistant arrived early enough to go over any questions that I had.  She also worked with myself and the photographer to make sure we could get the pictures we wanted.  Throughout the entire process, Ruth was so very patient with us and was just amazing.  I honestly could not think of anyone else I would have rather have had to perform our wedding.  Thank you, Ruth, for your patience with us, your understanding and the great care you provided in doing the ceremony.

Right from day one, Ruth went out of her way to accommodate us! We are not computer/zoom savvy, so Ruth came to our home where we felt comfortable.   She provided a lot of suggestions with vows, ring exchange and scripture readings, and encouraged us to write our own vows. I’m glad we did; it made it so much more meaningful! It was an absolutely flawless and gorgeous day!

We booked Ruth Hall for our vow renewal ceremony at Balls Falls! We did a very small covid elopement last year, as soon as we were able too, we wanted to have a fabulous party to commemorate our marriage and vows which finally happened August 26 2022. Ruth took the time to get to know us as a couple. She wanted to be able to tell our love story, which we were extremely grateful for because she told our story beautifully. I could not say enough good things and would recommend her to anyone needing an officiant. Ruth was amazing to work with for our surprise wedding at the end of August. When we reached out to her, we only had two months until the big date. Our wedding was an amazing day filled with so much love!! Ruth (our officiant) was a big part of that. She had us very well prepared, incredibly comfortable and kept us on time so our program stayed on track. We couldn’t have asked for more! Ruth took time to learn how to pronounce our names, engaged with our guests, and facilitated a ceremony that was equal parts contemporary and church;.
